In case you were wondering…

… Just how Japanese Game Show insane Conservapedia has become lately, let me present this bit of evidence:

Yes, that’s right. George W Bush, the Greatest Thing Since Reagan, the Defender of the American Way of Invading Other Countries, for whom ANY criticism was a blockable offence on Conservapedia… is no longer a conservative.

Of course, this is the opinion of CP resident goon, Jpatt, who might be a parodist, but who is more likely just either terminally dumb or insane.

However, it is an interesting indication of just how batshit insane CP are when it comes to deciding just who is a Conservative and who isn’t. Ultimately, of course, it boils down to who Andrew Schlafly thinks is a conservative – everybody to the right of him, his mother and the ghost of Reagan. So in other words – him, his mother and the ghost of Reagan. Everybody else is a filthy liberal or – possibly worse – a Republican In Name Only.

Of course, it’s not just Andy doing this, Terry Hurlbut jumped on the bandwagon and declared that Newt Gringrich is no longer a conservative, because he supports universal healthcare and apparently dared to criticise some fellow Republicans! I mean, the nerve! Clearly Terry thinks the real world operates like Conservapedia and how DARE he criticise the ruling order. Zat iz verboten, ja!

Of course, John McCain lost to that damn Kenyan Muslim, so he’s clearly not a conservative. Sarah Palin uses Facebook – whoops, that’s the end of her.

It really is funny watching Andy and his spineless cohorts trying to mould the world to suit their point of view. So far Mitt Romney still seems to be ok, but wait until somebody points out he endorsed universal healthcare in his own State…

About PsyGremlin

PsyGremlin is a former Conservapedia sysop (although the position was earned nefariously), stand up comedian, DJ, and is currently a self-employed financial adviser, who impersonates a responsible adult at least 5 days a week. However, highlighting and poking fun at the crazies out there remains his first love. Well besides pork crackling. And custard. And cricket.

  1. Daniell says:

Actually a lot of conservatives didn’t like Bush – spending went way up under Bush, which Republicans supported at the time, but is counter to conservative principle.
