If you disagree, you’re one of “Them”!

(h/t to Kels)

Terry Hurlbut’s sea monsters thing was fun – a mild eccentricity if you will. Yes, it’s a little bit weird, but let’s face it, there are plenty of people of there who believe in Nessie, and Yeti and aliens and I wouldn’t run around calling them mad.

Even if they did base their religious beliefs on the existence of the Loch Ness Monster – or is it the other way round?

However, when you get to the “you’re against me, therefore you’re working for Them” stage, it’s probably time to put your keyboard to one side and allow those friendly men in the white coats to take to that place where the pills keeps you happy and drooling.

It seems Terry Hurlbut has reached that stage, as can be seen from his response to one of his detractors in another insane post about the UN wanting to abolish world-wide property rights.

Why do you care, anyway? Could it be that, not only am I correct in my assessment of the ultimate purpose of the UN and its Earth Summit, but also—and more to the point—you’re in on it?

As I’ve said many time before: we just couldn’t make this up.

About PsyGremlin

PsyGremlin is a former Conservapedia sysop (although the position was earned nefariously), stand up comedian, DJ, and is currently a self-employed financial adviser, who impersonates a responsible adult at least 5 days a week. However, highlighting and poking fun at the crazies out there remains his first love. Well besides pork crackling. And custard. And cricket.

I guess Occam’s Razor is a liberal conceit as well.

Looks like Terry’s House of Pancakes just shut down dissenting comments. From now on, everything gets scrutinized to make sure it agrees with him first.

I was wondering how long it’d take before he started trying to protect the place from facts.

I’m not surprised – like most conservatives, he was clearly becoming uncomfortable with so many pesky facts being thrown his way in response to his usual insanity. I guess you can only defend so much bullshit before having to pull up the drawbridge.
